Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for promoting environmental protection and occupational safety and health initiatives through establishment of EHS programs to prevent occupational related injuries & illnesses, company property losses, environmental and regulatory non-compliance.
    • Spearheads the establishment, implementation and continual improvement of Safety and Environmental Management Systems mandated by the Company.
    • Monitors the Plant’s compliance with applicable legal and other requirements and tracks the implementation of action plans to improve regulatory compliance.
    • Prepares and submits applicable regulatory reports and other reports mandated by the Company.
    • Coordination with Admin for the compliance to the regulatory requirements and legislations of DOLE and DENR in relation to the implementation of EHS
    • Ensure that the company’s identified Environmental Aspects, Impacts, Risks & Opportunities are effectively managed and it’s EHS Policy & Requirements are communicated to all stakeholders
    • Ensure a safe & healthful workplace for all by fully supporting the enforcement of guidelines & procedures, implementation of appropriate controls and preventive measures as well as other relevant programs and initiatives
    • Implement programs and processes in alignment with the environmental health and safety regulatory of government, International Standard Organization (ISO) management system and corporate guidelines.
    • Ensure program and activities for environmental, health and safety are communicated properly to promote safety awareness of workers to everyday tasks
    • Performs other functions from time to time as needed by Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Troubleshooting faulty machinery and diagnosing the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities.
      • Conducts mechanical repair of all machineries. Install, repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
      • Collaborating with others maintenance technicians to solve the complex mechanical issues.
      • Keeping an organized daily log of all machine and repairs.
      • Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
      • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
      • Regular monitoring and logging of equipment behavior during operation and scheduled shut-downs.
      • Attend to maintenance activities during machine breakdowns as may be required to restore operation.
      • Follow standard operating procedures
      • Attend to fabrication request, work order and other special projects as may be requested and assigned.
      • Assist machine operators on production equipment change-overs. (i.e. screen sieves and die changing)
      • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
      • Proper use and safe keeping of electrical and mechanical tools.
      • Assist electrical maintenance technician when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor in Industrial Technology Major in Mechanical Engineering Technology with NCII
  • At least 2 years above experience as mechanical maintenance technician and fabricator in manufacturing plant or feed mill
  • Knowledge in welding, cutting, equipment and machine repair.
  • Knowledge in fabrication, troubleshooting, repair gearboxes and replacement of bearings
  • Basic knowledge of forklifts and PMS

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
    • Calibrating and adjusting electrical systems and components
    • Performing routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
    • Attend to maintenance work orders.
    • Accomplishes notice of machine breakdown
    • Ensuring thee electrical system and components meet safety standards
    • Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical wiring and components
    • Regular monitoring and logging of equipment behavior during operations and scheduled shut downs
    • Attend to maintenance activities during machine breakdowns as may be required to restore operation
    • Follow standard operating procedure
    • Attend to fabrication request and other special projects as may be requested and assigned
    • Assist machine operators on production equipment change overs (i.e.screen sieves and die charging)
    • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as Electrical Maintenance Technician in Manufacturing Plant or Feed Mill
  • With broad knowledge in motor control installation and troubleshooting
  • With basic knowledge in VFD, Soft start, Pneumatics, Sensors and Hydraulic Installation and troubleshooting
  • With basic knowledge in PLC

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors each line processing and recommends the appropriate schedule of rations considering the projected volume and urgent requirements
  • Ensures that raw materials are properly handled from receiving up to processing
  • Randomly checks the products’ packaging, palletizing and stacking if processes meets the requirements
  • Knows how to discuss and cascade feed milling, food processing, extrusion and safety standards.
  • Conducts periodic study of the plant’s profitability
  • Explores cost efficient procedures without compromising product quality and employees’ safety
  • Works hand in hand with other department heads to discuss concerns and provide solutions to line problems, quality issues and temporary manpower requirements in the production line.
  • Prompts the pest control officer and pollution control officer to deliver results, as applicable
  • Inspects maintenance works and require the checklist of preventive maintenance and history of machine breakdowns prior to recommendation of new schedules.
  • Oversees the use of computer applications for Feeds Manufacturing
  • Audit the overall plant management based on the set KPIs and annual OGSM
  • Acts as a member of the Mock Recall and Recall Team together with the PSQC Officer
  • Conducts/Attends coordination meetings to address issues, concerns and schedules, regular weekly meeting for plant personnel and occasional meetings with clients and suppliers
  • Rates supervisor/s and direct staff during semi-annual Performance Review and probationary period.
  • Evaluates and determines the training needs of employees (through Training Needs Analysis) and implement effective cross training program.
  • Ensure compliance to government bodies on environment, labor, and fire and report any unsafe act/conditions in the workplace and ensure safety practices are adhered.
